Built specifically for your commercial kitchen, our custom prep tables offer valuable flexibility and several exclusive design technologies.

Today’s commercial kitchens serve a wide variety of markets and clienteles, which makes off-the-shelf equipment solutions insufficient and impractical in many applications. Randell’s custom prep tables are available in a variety of lengths and configurations to meet the specific base storage or pan storage requirements of any professional foodservice operation.

This custom-designed commercial kitchen equipment also offers several proprietary features to further streamline your workflow and increase overall efficiency. The mechanically cooled pan opening uses Randell’s exclusive design technologies, such as our front-breathing compressor housing with directed air flow and refrigerated rail or pan opening thermostat that allows operators to easily make adjustments to the opening temperatures for specific ambient conditions (independent of the base) without affecting the balance of the system.

Our custom prep tables are available with a “low-profile” cabinet with a plate shelf located above our Patented Drawer Cartridge Assembly — a fully welded, unitized assembly with a quick release that allows the refrigerated drawers to be easily removed for cleaning. From conforming to your commercial kitchen’s footprint to facilitating throughput and maintenance, Randell’s custom prep tables are designed to outperform one-size-fits-all equipment.
